Oh, boy! Dog food again!

Gary Larson knows dogs.

Twice a day, our dogs religiously follow a family member to the door to the garage and wait, with tails a-wagging, for the delivery of their food. Even though it is the same food, day in, day out.

Then I realized that almost every time my lovely wife is away from home on business…I grill hot dogs, which I have loved since I was a kid. Granted, it is not the healthiest of food choices, but I love them just the same.

Recently I came across a food newsletter that described some top dogs from across the country and I thought if any one deserves a designer dog, it is me. Hence, the Scott-Dog!!

time one falls off our ristra, I now save it). I have been using coleslaw mix more often as I can vary the sauce- red chile, sriracha mayo, and mango/red onion/grilled poblano puree have been some of my latest creations. How can you NOT be excited? If I had a tail, it would be wagging furiously…
