Fish and Pils

Oskar Blues’ Mama’s Little Yella Pils was the perfect beer for this meal. It’s color clear and inviting and an aroma that was subtle and hypnotic. I actually kept sniffing it for awhile before I finally took a drink. Slightly sweet on the tongue with a very light hops aftertaste.

Onto the meal…I marinated then grilled some tilapia and one could either a mayonnaise mixed with cilantro and sriracha, a jalapeno, red onion, mango puree, or a sauce made with dried red chiles. Coleslaw mix, rice and beans rounded out the meal. Delicious.
